Welcome to Tool Forge, a product by Tool Forge AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tool Forge platform, APIs, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using Tool Forge, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Tool Forge provides a framework for building AI-powered applications and agent workflows without frontend development. The platform enables you to connect your backend logic, APIs, and preferred AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, Mastra) into production-ready applications.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
Have the authority to enter into a binding contract.
Use Tool Forge only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
Be responsible for all activity under your account.

If we suspect unauthorized use, we may suspend or terminate access to protect your account and the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tool Forge for:

Hosting or deploying illegal, malicious, or fraudulent content.
Abusing AI frameworks (e.g., generating harmful, discriminatory, or spam content).
Reverse-engineering or interfering with the Service’s security features.
Overloading or attacking our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines.

5. Your Content and Data

a. Ownership

You retain full ownership and control over:

The backend logic, workflows, and apps you build.
Your data, AI prompts, and configuration.

We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

b. License to Operate

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content only for the purpose of operating and improving Tool Forge.

c. Feedback

If you share feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation.

6. Integrations and Third-Party Services

Tool Forge connects with external services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Vercel). When you use these integrations:

Their respective terms and privacy policies apply.
You are responsible for any data you share with those third parties.

We are not liable for any loss or issue arising from your use of third-party services.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Payment

Some features may require a paid plan. By subscribing, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing information.
Authorize automatic charges for recurring subscriptions.
Comply with our pricing and refund policies as displayed on tool-forge.ai/pricing.

We may modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding on Tool Forge (excluding your content) are owned by Tool Forge AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. This includes:

The Tool Forge name and logo
Platform UI and codebase
Documentation, APIs, and related assets

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Breach these Terms or violate laws.
Use Tool Forge in a harmful or abusive manner.

You may also stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access Tool Forge ends, but you retain ownership of your content (subject to data deletion timelines in our Privacy Policy).

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—about:

Continuous availability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or reliability of any AI output

AI results and model behavior depend on third-party providers. You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated outputs before using them.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Tool Forge AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tool Forge AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

Your misuse of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of third-party rights

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we’ll notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Tool Forge after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi, India. Disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
